Hi, I'm Em!
I'm a Mum to my gorgeous boy Henry. Myself, becoming pregnant, throughout my pregnancy and birth I become fascinated in all things Mum and baby!! So I now love to teach all things birth, yoga in pregnancy and looking after Mum and baby in their 4th trimester and beyond in my calm, informative, and supportive yoga classes.
I teach a six week course of postnatal yoga, and baby yoga and massage .... baby and Mum's yoga!
Its not just yoga, its a delight to watch mumas all come together with giggles sharing advice and topical things that have happened in their week. Most importantly making friendships. If you'd love to introduce your magical postnatal body back into fitness safely, learn some baby yoga and massage techniques, we teach ways in which we can help sooth baby niggles, colic , baby constipation, sleep and teething whilst having fun in a safe, calm environment. All this whilst singing nursery rhymes and having a giggle with other like-minded mumas and learning fun poses for your baby ... come along and join us.
