For beginners to intermediate level
Strengthen deep core muscles, tone the whole body, and improve muscle control, flexibility, posture,
co-ordination and strength. Also gain better body alignment and overall improved well being and reduced stress.
Come and join me to learn the fundamentals and correct technique of Pilates exercised in a small friendly group environment. It's perfect if you have done Pilates before or if you have but would like to focus on core and full body strength and gain a better understanding of how Pilates works.
Bring a mat if you have one. £40 for 5-week block (commences 3rd September 2018) or £9.00 pay-as-you-go
