Salm-feng (born 1247), developed the first ever exercise system for health, based on Chinese Boxing exercise and the philosophy of Tao. Health, fitness and longevity can certainly be achieved with regular practice.
The course teacher is world famous Grandmaster Symonds who has trained with the best since 1975. T'ai Chi for Health was inspired by Dr Paul Lam, in the form of help for Arthritis sufferers or those with balance difficulties. However, it also helps stress, anxiety, heart problems, PTSD, high blood pressure and much more, leaving the practitioner energised but calm and relaxed. T'ai Chi has also been medically proven to reduce risk of Cancer and improve the Immune System.
