This slow-paced Hatha Yoga class is perfect for all levels and abilities. Barley’s friendly, accessible classes will set you up for the week by strengthening and lengthening the muscles as well as calming the body and mind with simple breath, meditation and relaxation techniques; all helping to untangle the knots of stress & strain from daily life. She introduces useful tips with humour and gentleness, offering mini-inspirations to help build a greater sense of awareness. Modifications are offered to help those that need it, and space given to the more experienced who want to develop their practice.
